I have a rattle too. I got under the car as best I could and banged it with my hand. I hit the catalytic converter on the passenger side and I heard a rattle around the front area. There is an exhaust leak up where the pipe and manifold meet, but could that cause the rattle?

Hey, same thing is happening to my car. Any tips on how to actually find the problematic heat shield. And how to fix it. I can't find a good place to tighten any of them on my 2003 mustang. Thank you!
