I drive mine through the winters here in NH.
Mustangs are not good in the snow unless you do one of two things:
1) Buy a set of dedicated snow tires on rims -- Bridgestone Blizzaks are awesome.
2) Get a set of REALLY good all-season high performance tires -- I'm using Continental ContiExtreme Contacts, and they make the car fairly decent in the snow.
Regardless of what you do, you have to use common sense -- if it's really bad out, leave the Stang parked and either get a ride with someone or stay home.
snow driving is best on bald tires and 410 gears with a supercharger. just spin the tires so fast you melt and dry the snow then woala you have dry pavement, geez
