Must I refer you to the definition of a mustang? You obviously don't know, the point of mustangs is to tinker with them and build them up yourselves for a more personal feel. Thats why it has a "mod"ular v8 moron...I'm sorry I can't just go pay 50k for a car that somoene did it all for me and I have no idea about what it is or what it does. Kk thanks have a nice day.<edited><editID>mabguru</editID><editDate>37978.642962963</editDate></edited>

sorry, most people on here are too mature to get pissed about that. hmmm...4wd+racing wheels & tires=traction (sti), FR+basically stock tires=no traction (cobra-2.2 60'?...horrible). put good tires on the cobraand see ya later STI. or even the super cheap s/c pulley, cya! the STI is tuned to race. not that the cobra isn't, but it hasn't come NEAR it's peak potential (unlike the "great" STI)</P><edited><editID>FiveOhNo</editID><editDate>37979.6756481482</editDate></edited>

THIS IS HARD TO SWALLOW
Hey guys,</P>
I didn't really want to start this AGAIN, but I think it's a driver's race. Both car are sweet ***, but if the driver of either sucks....we all know what happens. Someone was saying the price difference is the major issue also. No way the Cobra goes for what 30k? I purchased the STi for 32k. Stock for stock, I think they are a pretty god damn even match up. The only thing the cobra has is it's top end. The STi will always compete unless it's from a roll. The cobra should just spank it from there. As far as modding the cobra......uggghhh. Don't start that crap! You guys say well if I just add like $500 in parts... that's not the point. Let me spend just as much as you...it will still be even! Same goes for tires. If you put nice radials on the cobra, you could just putthe same on the STi=same results. I'm trying not to be harsh, but you guys have to understand that the 4-bangers are now capable to compete. </P>
