I have fixed my sticking brakes finally. i replaced the caliper for a 2nd time today and it was still sticking. it was hard to turn the wheel by hand and the driver side isnt. so i was like theres no way i got another bad caliper. it has a new hose on it too. so i bled them and it still stuck a little, and then i saw these clips, i dont know what the heck they do, but i replaced them and they dont stick any more. maybe it was these or maybe not, i dont know.

does anyone know what the purpose of these are?
