Default Is this bumper scuff something I can fix myself?

Check out this scuff on my front bumper. Is this something that I could fix myself with the "Scratch Repair" kits from the auto parts store? I know it might not look like a completely repainted bumper, I'm ok with that, I just want to know if anyone has any experience with something like this.

Thanks,

Check out ammonyc on you tube. He's got some great tips. You could probably bring it back to 70% with some time.

You can buy an aerosol can that matches your paint code, tape around that area and sand it down, prime it, then spray it with paint and clear coat. It'll look better than scratch repair.
