Default Need help fixing!!!

I have found the source of the clunking noise in the back of my car, I'm trying to find out if there is a replacement or what the easiest thing to do for a repair.

I put a self tapping screw in. In an effort to suck it back to the frame. Didn't work

Welding is probably best.

maybe a set like this, and someone who knows what they are doing

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...nforcement-Kit

Seems like your car has seen some serious abuse...its not very easy to tear those... also looks like your axle tube itself is leaking. Did you buy the car recently? I'd be willing to bet someone drag raced the hell out of it before you

Bought it in July, going through all the receipts that were from the previous owner(s) and there was work done when the rear shocks were replaced. It has been welded before.

as stated the torque box kit is your best option. you can also get them on eBay. Make sure the welding is done correctly.Good luck

You can eliminate the upper control arms all together with a torque arm setup. It will Aldo handle amazing.

When you fix this, get the torque boxes to weld in too. They will keep this from happening again.
