The gains are not bad, but if you want to see some really ood gains you need to have full bolt-ons with full exhaust and then have your heads P&P because that is what will be holding you back.

yeah i have all the bolt ons and am looking for something else to do so i figure why not get cams for power/sound. also i have seen some dyno graphs of stock engines with the stage 1s gaining 25-30 rwhp. thats what i was looking into but i am gonna get the stage 2s and then sacrifice some down low power for now til i get the heads flowing better by P&P them. also if you port and polish your own stock heads is the power gains about the same as they would be from after market heads?
