Default Clutch issues (Tremec 3650)

I just put a brand new Exedy clutch in my 2002 GT about 1700 miles ago. Well i just replaced the throwout bearing and after about 30 miles the clutch is almost completely unusable. The pedal bounces like you would never believe and it'll hardly disengage at all. What could cause this? The clutch fork coming off the pivot bearing? Could this be an issue do to a bent fork? Please give any insight and knowledgeable opinions. All help will be appreciated! Thanks

did u replace the stock clutch quadrant? if no, then did you adjust the factory quadrant by pulling up on the pedal to adjust for sack in cable? if u didnt then u may have slipped and overheated it. i also have seen peopple bent the clutch disk while mating the trans to the engine due to the splines not being lined up quite right. right now your clutch is most likely junk, but the only way to know is to pull the trans again and inspect all related parts. look for any wear or damage.
