Intake cracked, will a Bullitt bolt right up if I can find one?

if youve got a couple thousand $$$$ to spend on a bullit intake go for it. A replacement for yours should be covered by the lawsuit just take it to ford and they could probably replace it for free.

 

i did it, it was fairly simple but kinda spendy. its cheaper to buy the intake from FRPP catalog 799.99(includes all 3 peices,upper,lower,and plenum). the spendy part is the install kit its around 975.00 plus a 75.00 alternator core charge(which is refunded when alternator is returned)but after shipping costs,you might as well keep your old one and sell it out right. the main thing is the alt. wiring it is actually reversed of your stock factory wiring(goto Napa get a wiring schematic for an 03 Cobra it will tell you what you need to know or i can find the post here on it(look up by author search: loosenut)i have posted it up,somewhere,lol. this place is where to get the Bullitt swap kit there might be others but this is the one i found(bought mine on ebay for 550-got super lucky).

Just try to find a bullitt in the junkyard. If u dont want to fool with that, just get a simple replacement. I think mine was $200. with reinforced tstat housing.
