Default 2004 Mustang GT Fuel Pump

Will not crank, sounds like the fuel pump isn't kicking on. 125k miles; checked the relay in the trunk and it was depressed (not kicked out). Anything else to check or other way to confirm fuel pump is the issue? Thanks

Grab a multimeter and check your battery cables, connections, and ground path. Whatever's keeping your starter from cranking is probably the same thing that's not letting the fuel pump turn on.

Check for voltage at the inertia switch in the trunk, it's pretty much the last "stop" before the pump. If you have power to the IFS switch then strong possibility of failed pump. If not, then it's an electrical issue that lies elsewhere.
