Default How do I install Mach 1000 subs and amps into base speaker system

I have a 2002 GT that came with the non-mach 460 speakers(just the standard 4 speakers). I pulled the Mach 1000 subs and amp rack out of my last mustang. I see a lot of articles explaining how to upgrade from the mach 460 system but non on how to add them to the base speakers. I can splice the power and ground cables, but the next step splices into the mach 460 rear amp and obviously I don't have that. My stereo is aftermarket so I'm sure I can just run RCA cables from the radio then splice them into the amp rack, but the amp rack has three wires, black/grey, blue/red, and green/black. The blue/red and the green/black are "low audio + and -" so would I splice the RCA into those? The black/gray is "low audio mute" so I can just ignore that I think and I guess I don't need a "remote" wire?
