Default Need help removing my Fuel injection..

Hey i was just wondering if anyone had any web sites that they can link me to that has instructions on how to remove all the fuel injection and intake manifold. Mine cracked and my new one came in the mail today so i was wondering if you could give me any advice on how to remove the fuel injection.

Im about to go into depression because i have not had my car now for almost two weeks[IMG][/IMG]

any thing helps thanks

It is really a pretty simple job, just a bit time consuming. Ford calls for 5.5hrs with diagnosis, but it can be done in 2-4 hours easy. There is a link around here somewhere that shows pics and runs you through the process.

can anyone help me find the link to the process of taking off the Intake manifold. also do you think i take it down to ford once i get it on and have them give it a tune job? Just curiosity.
