hey guys, i need to see if you guys can help me answer this because im supposed to meet the guy tomorrow if i can use them.. he has a 95 mustang gt that hes selling a 6 piece slp setup that was all clamped together and hes selling it. i have a 01 gt and would like to know if there is a way to fit that on my car or if it will even fit. i will probably have midas or les schwabb put it on if it will fit, like the guy said its fully adjustable so what do you guys think.. thanks for any input..

I dont think that the 95 is going to be compatible with a 99-04 setup. That is why they sell the SLP system for the different models. Im pretty sure its not going to match up to the stock hangers and whatnot.. You could probably make it work some how, but its probably going to require a good deal of time..

I'm just skeptical, that "fully adjustable" may be a selling point because otherwise why would SLP make different systems for different years. Because I know they make a 99-04 system, so they probably make a 95-98 system or something which is what this guy probably has. I know it won't line up with the stock hangers, and it might be too short or something on the 01' because otherwise why would SLP make different systems for different years. I would make positively sure it can be done before you buy it, because this guy doesn't care, he just wants the money and the system off his hands. Theres just too much doubt in my mind to dive into it without getting more info.

They wouldnt make a 95-98.....it would be 94-95, 96-98 if they differentiate between engines.

The only thing I'm questionable about is that fact that its for a 95.....5.0.....I'm not sure if that is compatible with the 4.6. A catback might tho....cause its not like they are headers. A shop would be able to make it fit for sure, prolly won't need too many midifications.
