Default Control Arm Squeaking

Anyone know a way to make my control arm bushings from squeaking. Im pretty sure it them.

I have the sam problem, a very high pitched faint squeking coming from where my control arms are. Also, when I really hammer it, there is like a clunking/grinding noise which also seems that it could be coming from the control arms, any suggestions?

I agree with Code3, either grease them or replace the bushings.
