Default Time to plan the mods :-p

Ok, well, Looking under the car (finally got it on a lift) I come to find that my baby has JBA shorties, stock hpipe and the steeda/borla catback. When the heads were off (inspecting the valve train for damage when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my car) I've found that they were infact diamond pistons... and the heads do infact say patriot... so those are real mods....

Now, I want to get a deeper, richer tone from my exhaust. I'm looking for a set of LT's (best power & sound) with a shorty-mid pipe (x or h) I DO have to conform to emissions, so I need cats, I was wondering what the best recommended brands are... and mind you I cant spend $600 on one part of the exhaust.. more like $600 for the headers and midpipe. Install will be done by myself and my two other stang nut friends. I am also looking into rebulding the tranny (3650 rebuild kit) or a tko 500 or t56 swap.... with matching steeda tri-ax shifter(havent figured out, will take suggestions on that). Also looking for the 26 spline eaton posi-lok, and a set of 4.10s....(i conformed!)

What are ya'lls thoughts on a set of 17x10.5 black deep-dish bullitts with d/r's? (for track use only :-p) and will a set of y rated falken f451s (what i have now) be driveable with 4.10s?...
Anything else ya'll can think of? let me know, I'm open to advice...
