Default tune up help

im planning to change all the oils in my car and spark plugs and all that stuff. what do you recomend for best/better performance?

what about royal purple heard it was one of the best? also what kind of spark plug should i use?

NGK Irridium IX. Or something a little cheaper would be like Autolite double platinums or just platinums. Dont go with bosch.
