rough idle/sputtering

rough idle/sputtering
I have a 96mustang gt.
I have changed the plugs wires and fuel filter yet the car idle s rough at stop lights like it want s to shut off and when driving will sputter.
Can it be ignition coils or what help im so frustrated!

clean the Intake Air Controler. its got 2 bolts and you just take it off and spray some brake cleaner in it.
this is what it looks like/where it is on the engine
this is what mine looked like b4 i cleaned it
just spray a bunch of brake cleaner in there and wait like a couple minutes for it to dry. it dries pretty fast
