Hey nice sounding car man! You know I had a cam swap in a 94 Z28 a couple of years ago, and after the job, I was left with exactly the same problem you have, the idle that takes a while to drop down. Unfortunatly I don't know what might be the cause. I ordered a couple of x274h cams for my 99 mustang, with springs along with a Hypertech powerprogrammer, the clerk from Summit Racing advised me to get one of those and upgrade or tune the computer after the cam swap. I will let you know if it did any difference.

I have always had the hanging rpm problem, when ever I put that accufab 75mm throttle body on. I dont get it. The cams didnt do it.
