the 99 gt comes with 260 HP that is when they dyno-ed it with the engine out of the car right?

5 speed you're looking at about 220-225 to the wheels, auto is about 10 lower.

99-04 GT's came with 260hp and 302tq. at the engine that is not at the wheels. Stock dyno of a GT of those years makes about 220rwhp, and about 255rwtq.

about 15% for a 5 speed
