i just tried to oil cap thing and i didnt feel any air pulsing out

Well, there's a good chance the bottom end is fine. Next, do a compression and laek down test.

You will need a compression gauge. Take it to a shop, they should have the means to perform the test. The compression gauge, screws into the spark plug hole, the car is then cranked and a cylinder psi reading is given. Make sure you take the fuse out or disconnect your fuel pump.

You most likely spun a crank bearing which broke your connecting rod....what you described happened to me and thats what my problem was....did a whole new rebuild.

2v98gt did u HAVE TO do a rebuild or was it your decission. If i did have to rebuild the motor how much would it cost?!?!

BTW, i dont feel a power loss or anything while driving it, ( i only drove it about 2 miles home from autozone ) and 98gt how did u spin ur bearing??

If you didn't feel any power loss, then you certainly didn't break a rod. And of course you've already put your hand on the oil filler and didn't feel any air...So you've ALMOST eliminated a bottom end problem.

Pretty much the next thing you need to do is have a compression and leak down test done. Theres very little else you can tell unless you just start tearing it down and having a look, but it sounds like you're not well versed in how an OHC motor works, so I'd just take it to a shop and see what they tell you. Might want to take it to two different shops and see if they come up with the same answer.

I have another question about the oil cap test, will the air be coming out hard and should i give it some throttle when i put my hand over it, because its definatly not putin any air out hard enough to feel.

I tried the oil cap test again and i can feel a lil air comin out but barely any...

Oh, you will know. When I broke the rods on my motor, the air was coming out of there so hard it would push my hand away.
