IS a 97 S281 (4.6L) saleen capable of producing 550 RWHP with a vortech pushing 11lbs, blow off valve, 42lb injectors dual throttle bodies, intake, long tube headers, rebuilt engine with JE pistons, custom cams, crankshaft, etc. Proffessional dynotuning, aluminum driveshaft, exhaust, fuel pressure regulator, 225lph fuel pump with an external fuel pump
at 11 psi you would need to have ported heads to get 500 rwhp, IMO, but you may prove me wrong. If you build the engine right, with lower compression forged internals, and a good tune, 12-15 psi shouldnt be a problem on the street.
