Ok i have replace all spark plugs wires fuel filter changed vacum hose to purge canister changed canister and the code is still coming on what s next!

Im ready to sell this 1996 mustang gt!
could it be the vent solenoid? if so where under the passenger front is it can some one give me a diagram?

or could it be something else? I know its an emmissions evap problem!

have you tried disconnecting the battery for a little while?

 

I believe so as my mechanic had to change out water pump damn thing i heard doing that can mess up the computer system ? fallacy anyone have a diagram or schematic of the total evap system on 96mustang gt

 

it wont mess it up itll just "restart" your computer. and then the computer will learn kinda. but if the problem isnt fixed the light will be off for a while then itll come back on when the computer notices it. thats what happend to my friends when he had a bad 02 sensor

 

change your PCV valve.

 

do u also have/had P1507 error?

also hows your idle?

Could be your canister purge solenoid.
