Default Help with Code

Hey I got a code this weekend and I'm trying to figure out what it is and what I have to do to fix it. The code is a P0308 and it is coming back with a reading of Cylinder 8 Misfire. If anyone has info on this code pleae get back to me ASAP.

Default RE: Help with Code

What are the symptoms?

You probably have a faulty coil pack and/or plug on cylinder 8 (driver's side rear cylinder). Common problem and easy to fix.

+1

It is exactly what you said, a misfire report on cylinder 8. It can be caused by:

a) bad coil

b) bad plug

c) numerous other problems, etc.

Tell us about your car - milage, stock or not, tune, etc. What happened when the code came and what has happened since. Then, we can make an educated guess as to what the problem might be.
