Default Heat extractor
Dose the heat extractor give me enough clearence if i want to put a KB s/c on my 96. also are the vents open on most hood you can buy?

Yes there it will clear.

It depends on which hood you purchase. If it doesn't have open vents the body shop can cut the vents open prior to paint.

the whole point of that hood is it has the open vents, so yes they will be open. they were designed to work with the saleen blowers and the kb seems to reuqire the same clearance.
