Default Tuning more than one car?

My friend bought a Diablo sport tuner. Can we use it on his 04 gt and on my 04 gt as well as anyone elses 99 to 04 gt?

I believe you can only install it to one car at a time. If you want to install it on yours or if he wants to sell it to you he has to set his back to stock settings then you can use it.

That is correct... Once it is used on one car, it becomes locked from use with any other cars until the original car goes back to stock settings and "unlocks" it.

I'm not code, but 180 degrees is recommended. The thermostat allows the engine to run cooler and make more power. They are usually pretty inexpensive. Here are some install instructions. http://www.stangnet.com/tech/thermostat.html
