Default 4:10 Gears

I have a 99 Gt Automatic and i have heard alot about getting gears i bought the car pre-owned and want to get gears but was wondering is there anyway to tell if it already has them. Thanks.

Or you can jack your car up, crawl under it, and turn the rear wheels and count the rotations of the drive shaft. that'll tell you.

You can chalk your tire and your driveshaft. Have somebody drive the car for 1 rotation of the tires and count how many times you driveshaft moves. The number of rotations will be your gear ratio. If the driveshaft rotates about 3/12 times you have the stock 3.27. Also, what RPM are you at at 70MPH? If its about 2000 RPM, then you have the 3.27 gears.
