How low is that mach? I was thinking of getting Eibach pro-kit or sportlines, but atm my baby is stock mach1 (about 1/2" lower front/rear than stock GT).... How low can I go to maintain approx 4" ground clearance?

I would definately go with the Roush kit, but then again, I own a GT. If I owned a Mach1, which is in itself a special edition, I would leave the appearance stock. Minus some lowering springs.

I'm almost positive that Mach has no drop on it at all. You can tell from that side picture, looks like stock springs to me.
And for your clearance issues I would go about 1' to 1.5'
