Default TB/Plenum

Alright guys, i found a thread that most suggested that gettin the tb/plenum was a waist of time if you didnt have the exaust pipes to let out the extra air. I have a stock exaust system right now except for a couple of flowmasters. I was wondering if you could tell me if i were to get an H-pipe along with the tb/plenum would this do the trick, and i also plan to get some bbk shortie headers later.

Thanks,

TB/Plenum increases throttle response. Doesnt matter if your stock or modded its going to do same, but you might get a lil more power from tb/plenum with full intake/exhaust
