Default Good place in CT to get headers installed

Wondering if anyone knew a good place in CT. to get headers installed. XXTuning told me roughly 800-900.00. I know its a big job that I am not going to pay that much.

I live about 30 miles south of Hartford (Hamden) but I will travel a reasonable distance.

I live in CT, right near Hamden, actually. I don't know any shops, though. I'm gonna do it myself when the time comes.

Unfortunately, I don't have the equipment to pull it off. I heard its a real bear. Good luck and let me know how it goes.

xxtuning sketched me out when i called them......they said 4 hours for a shorty install....i was like "oh cool".....drove it down....then they go....." FOUR?? yeah right....thats like a 10 hour job....." so i said screw that, turned around and started walking out and they go "wait.....8 hours? will you pay for 8?"

so i walked out....they're probably the best tuning shop for stangs in hartford county, but i wasnt thrilled with the bouncing around on price/hour quotes.....either they were screwing with me, or they just wanted to try and charge me a couple extra hours for the hell of it.... neither excuse is acceptable.....

so me and my mechanic friend spent a saturday in his garage with a few cold ones and got em on....
