Default Will these wheels work?

I want to get a set of wheels that use cheaper tires for my stang. Right now I have a set of four 18 inch cobra rims. They're either the y2k rims or the cobra R rims. I can't really tell. But right now, a set of average quality tires is like 800. I was looking for some rims on my local craigslist can came upon these two links:

and

I was wondering if they'd fit on my 1999 GT.

Thanks for the help.

Ask the seller for the backspacing, and confirm that the bolt pattern is 5x4.5. I don't know what the backspacing should be for a 14x7 wheel though.

Sorry if I sound fresh. I don't know crap about wheels. What exactly IS backspacing? Is that the amount of the wheel that's behind the part that mounts onto the axle?

I believe so.
