ok well they are in the car but my 60' was ~2.2...you guys think it has something to do with the mils...also i started hearing an exhaust leak today which could play a factor as well

No, it won't have anything to do with the MILS. I dunno about the exhaust leak, but I wouldn't think that would be a factor either.

Auto or 5 speed?

when my car was stock (all the way down to the paper filter, just as it came from ford)I ran a high 13's. Not trying to sound like a ***** but breagles if I ran what you runwith those mods Iwould be afraid to tell people I had all those mods. So for what you are saying: those #'s are not correct. 11.9's is pathetic with your mods. People who feel that others have to lie about running 13's need to learn how to drive. 15's is not fast no matter how you look at it. I usually don't come acrossed like this as many know me but everything you just said is total bs.
ON EDIT: Yes his #'s are correct because the time slip says so but are far from normal and miles from where they should be.
BTW breagles when my car had ~130 less hp than you I ran about what you run at only 2 mph slower. 500hp is good for a 10 with an average - good driver with the right setup. Good drivers can get in the 10's with 460-480hp

Those #'s are correct . When I went to the track N/A stangs were running 15's all night . My best time ever was an 11.9 and I'm on a built , cammed supercharged motor . Some people just lie about running 13's with bolt ons just because texas Hot Rods has a N/A stang that will do it . So don't be discouraged that is still fast . If you want to feel better go and kick the **** out of some imports .
I agree with you that he (both of them) should be running faster times regardless of elevation, but nobody in a stock weight car is going 10s with 500 WHP unless they have one HELL of a suspension setup and are going something like 1.3 60' times.

So far as bregals, I went 12.40s the first time out with only 420 WHP, stock motor (with WHP and RPM limits inherent to it) and nitto drag radials. Car should (I hope) go 12.00s with just the new tires and some more agressive driving.

My stock 96 Vert pissed me off like that. 15.7 best time out of 3 drivers. I got pissed off and couldn't take it anymore and told someone else to drive my car. I would have sold it that night if I had the title in the car, I was so mad. Each of us got a 15.7 so at least it was consistant but that was the fastest. Later I discovered I had a 2:73 gear ratio! $hit on ford for putting those gears in a socalled GT.

my car will go 10's with ~480hp and wont be gutted. I can say stock weight since weld wheels are lighter but it should weight 3200# w/ me in it.

also thought id throw in that i ran a stock GT...and he ran between 16.5 and 16.7 all night between 2 different drivers

edit: my mods include mac prochamber and2 1/4 weld in flows (on the car when i got it) you think that nough air is being restricted from the 2 1/2 midpipe to the 2 1/4 tailpipes to make a difference????

track prep could have been an issue as well...i talked to a guy in Pheonix (1500 ft elevation) and hes runnin 12.8s in his mach...came here and he runs 13.4s...6/10ths of a second for 1000 foot difference
