they don't light up the road because they are cheap aftermarket pieces. i have said this probably as many times as 2000GT4.6 has said go FI on a 4.62V. [&:]

the cheap clear corner lights SUCK! they look good, but the reflectors in them are horrible. i had them before. i got Sylvania Silverstars at the same time, and this helped. but when i got an HID kit, the lighting was HORRIBLE. i went back to some stock lights (courtesy of Fiad06 ) and it was better, but still not good enough for me. i've been in an Audi S4 with OEM HIDs and a Honda Pilot SUV and Hyundai Tiburon with OEM projector halogen lights, and all were significantly better lighting. the best lighting option we have for Mustangs is to a.) have a set of Acura TSX/RL/TL projectors custom molded into our stock housings and have the HID kit retrofitted, or b.) get a set of aftermarket projector lights and HIDs to go with them. projectors are the way to go no matter HOW ricey they look. these from mrbodykit.com, look the LEAST ricey IMO (i wouldn't hook up the halos though [:'(]).
