Default Cam specific

Ok done some research and cant seem to narrow it done to which cam i can use in my 03 gt that will give me a rough idle and i dont have to worry about piston clerance. I even talked to the guys from comp cams and he had a cam that would give me a rough idle but he said that he couldnt gurantee that my valves wouldnt hit my pistons. I really want a rough idle and know i have to get springs as well. So, any cam that i can have the best of both worlds of the rough idle and not worrying about piston clerance? Thanks guys!!!!!My car currently has just for the record:
Accu fab throttle body and plenum
cold air intake
diablo programmer or chip
4:10 gears
bassani high flow H-pipe
magna flow cat back
30lb injectors

With no head work u can hit 280-290rwhp with camsand if u want to spend a lot more money on head work
($1,000+) for 15 or 20 hp then go for it
