You want the gap to be as large as possible, without blowing out the spark - quoted from Shdwdrake05

NGK's website says .54

Believe me, I've had my fair share of work with spark plugs the last week [X(]

If you want to experiment, try .60 and .65 to see if there's any MPH difference in the 1/8th or 1/4. This will reflect power changes.

I'm betting it's so small you don't notice it.

i thought for a bolt on it should be gapped in the .3's or is that for advanced timing?

A blower/turbo/nitrous needs a smaller gap, but an NA car can handle the larger gaps. The limitation will be the power output of the coil. If you push a coil too much, it gets hot, needing to supply more current, gets hotter, etc. You could experiment with large gaps, but the likely benefits will be pretty small, if not a loss.

Stock calls for gapping at .052 - .056 so ideal is .054 and if you're FI, gap them at .035.

gap it at whatever the factory says to gap em at. Its not going to effect performance noticably on a stock/boltons only car.
