Yea, the rims are holding you back, but looks nice otherwise.... and get some springs, that would really set it off...

Yeah that pic was taken by me in a parking lot off of belt-way 8. . . The rims are a keeper until i drop and tune her. they only came on the 99ann gt. . . I'm not a big fan of the chin spoiler, but what thedevilall give it a chance. . . valence?????????? andwhat is that

Black mustang bumper inserts, lowering springs, and I personally would tint the taillights.
I would keep the wheels you have now, they look good as-is.
I personally dont like the chrome headlights so I would change those out.
Im sure you have already contemplated grill delete/chinspoiler. Very clean car, I like the color.
