hey guys, i have a 2001 mustang gt with borla catback exhaust and a super chip. i wasnt even going to buy a chip yet but i got a really good deal on it. i am now looking to upgrade my car and put more stuff on it. i have saved up some money for some things and would like advise on what to buy first and other things i should invest in, in order from most important. i would like to get things that will make a good difference. open to all suggestions and personal experiences, thanks

 

Save up around 6k for the KB 2.1 Intercooled twin screw supercharger. everything else can come later. or just go with a vortech either way ifu wanna make power on these 2valves gotta go F/I

 

Well, if we all had 4-6k lying around the house there would be alot of guys in here buying a s/c. I'd say get you some gears if the car doesn't have them already. Maybe some LT's and mid pipe. I'm not a fan of a chip so get rid of it and get a tuner Diablo or SCT. If your car is manual then remove the stock shifter (it's crap)! Go get a Steeda Tri ax or MGW (I have the Tri ax, but the MGW looks really nice). Subframes connectors will be a must and you can get them cheap ($100). Then get you a CAI and you should be good. Or you can wait around saving up 6k for the s/c (it may take a while, but the wait will be worth it).
