Once you sell it take the a*s f*ck who sold it to you to court, you will be awarded the amount of money that you lost since he didnt declare that it was a wreck. Even though it is buyer beware it is a law that you have to declare any damage costing over 2k in repairs. O and IMO build up the sn95 GT or get a real nice new edge GT with low K's with instead of that cobra for 15k.

He cant take him to court.... It is the buyers responsibility to do the research and run the VIN# before hand, to find out if the car was ever wrecked etc.... The only way you can take someone to courtis that if the car is damaged when you bought it, and the seller is aware of the damage.. A guy I work with has already been through this with his chevy truck he bought..
