Your numbers sound kinda low to me for a termy with ported blower.

I know a guy locally that had a 03. Ported blower, intake boltons, pulley, generic tune, midpipe, and catback and it put down 470 WHP. With a custom tune he put down 520 WHP and I forget the tq. I would expect to see alot more though once your LTs go on and you get some better tuning.

Sounds like the i/c pump may have air in it... can you bleed the system? If the pump had a air pocket it might do what your saying, that is bubble and stop/start randomly. Bleed the system if you can.

My numbers are definitely on the lower side. I won't get more from tuning though. I have one of, if not the best tuners in the Bay Area and he has my car dialed in. I feel strongly that I could've put down 480+RWHP without any IC issues and proper cool down time. You wont see too many in California put down much more than 500RWHP with a ported blower. The 91 octane limits the amount of timing that can be ran, so people out here will always put out numbers on the lower side when running on pump gas.

And for the past few months, I've been thinking to myself that that dyno reads low. Everyone who I've talked to always comes out with lower numbers than they should. I think it reads about 10-15HP low. Someone chimmed in and mentioned that in a thread over on SVTP so I know I'm not the only one whose noticed. Lol.I'm going to talk to him aboutthat when the long tubes and driveline mods go in Friday. But regardless of that, the dyno said 473/467, so that's what I go by.

But the IC system seems to be working fine now. I doubt that it has any air in it because it's never gave me any other problems besides that day on the dyno. And It's been working without any issues since then. I'm not 100% sure of it though. But the cooling mod is going in Friday so the system is going to get bled. Thanks.
