Yea those tires royaly suck!! Its a manual and I am at about 2800 rpms at 75 so guess a little less than that for 70

 

Yea I know those 4v motors love to be in high rpms (the power band). Unfortunatly the car in my sig is long gone the 4.30's are in my silver GT.

awesome stuff glad you like them. I think i have made my mind up and im getting 3.73's installed with the s/c on the 1st. Have the appointment made and everything. Get home and drive my stang a few days and drop it off for 3 days at the shop. I cant wait

Thats awesome that more and more guys are going with 4.30's!!! See now all me and Sinister's preaching has paid off!

 

For those of you guys with 4.30's and some dragstrip experience, what rpm do you cross the line at? I've got 4.10's and i'm right around 5400 rpm.

 

Well i haven't been to the track yet with the new block and internals and the new gears. . . but i can rev a lot higher with the balanced and blueprinted forged internals. . . But 4.30's only have a 200 rpm raise over 4.10's. . .

 

i have 3.73 and i wish i would have gotten at least 4.10
