Some Pics of the bucket at FFW Ennis
Still getting some bugs worked out on it. Car feels incredible. We had some minor set backs but mad props to Brian and others friends for keeping us on the track.
JLT + peddling the throttle on the bottle = Carnage
And I guess I should learn to wright a little more legible on my tech cards. But anyhoo, the bucket won quickest 11 second average in true street.(Car # 148)

Well, FFW when off with a few set backs but props to Mitch for hanging in there and sticking it out with us. We came to race and had the mindset to do whatever needed to get the bucket down the track 2 days after it first ran and that's what we did! First off, the JLT took a dive on mitch's first bottle pass on the car which was only his 3rd hit with the new set up (2 N/A runs & 1 TNT run). He got a little nervous on the big end and peddaled the car a bit and had a small fuel back fire from it loading up coming on and off the throttle. No biggie, we hit up Jeremy @ UPR for a last minute air kit then made our way over to tech for True Street.
2nd, came back from True Street and the Hurst Shifter handle pulled out of the threaded insert on the cruise in the 100+ degree heat. We couldn't make any suspension changes to the car for True Street so we just had to run the bucket as she sat.
60ft's were a bit soft for how we had the suspenion dialed in as we couldn't make any adjustments for True Street due to rules of not changing the car for the 3 passes. It went 1.88's if I remember (Mitch has the timeslips) and we were running a much smaller tire (28 x 11.5 x 15 M/T ET Streets) due to his 28 x 10.5 slicks coming apart on the dyno at 6 pm Thursday night!
The Bucket ran a 11.6 on first pass with the nitrous not hitting until a few feet out. Then he ran a 11.4 next to the yellow 4v turbo car again with a soft 60 ft and in 120 degree heat index track side.
Last Past was 11.6 again as it spun pretty hard out of the box and then ran like hell for the stripe.
Sunday we came back set up the suspension and where rewarded with back to back 11.10 & 11.13 passes. Not bad for being on the smaller DOT tires in crazy hot temps. With 127 MPH trap speeds and running 7.10 in the 1/8 with a soft 1.68 60 ft we were just glad it was able to garner the Top 11 sec car in True Street and qualify in the 6th spot in the Quick 8 as well.
10's are a given for that 127 MPH once we get the big slicks back under her and can use the TNT to potential off the start. Running 11.10's off the trailer on the first outing, no complaints. Thanks again for the all the help to the guys from CTmotorsports and Matt and Mitch for helping get the Bucket through the event!
We'll have some vids up later with the Bucket ripping up Ennis. Watch out as we dial the suspension in and make this another THR 10 sec 2V!
