Ok, let's simplify this. You have one guy, nanaki, saying he owns a stage 3 and it's just fine. Most everyone else here is sharing what they've heard and one person doesn't like the way the stage 3 drives. If you want to wait another day, I'll let you know how my car drives tomorrow. My 97 gt just got the stage 3 with the 11 inch clutch thrown in. I can tell you my opinion tomorrow night. But for now, you should just decide if you want your car to have a butt load of HP, or just stay stock. If you want to do major upgrades within 5 years or less, then you might want to do the stage 3. Otherwise, the 2 will probably work. But the only one here that has the stage 3, likes it. That's worth something. I'll let you know what it feels like tomorrow.

Just got my Spec I installed and got it back yesterday from Texas Hot Rods, it'll hold over 400 tq ft/lbs and it drives so nice. its much smoother than my stock one was. honestly, whether you go I,II, or III, just got SPEC.

But really, do you need a stage III?

you can buy all that, but honestly the clutch kit will probably be fine, but since you're already paying for the labor, you might as well replace the rest so you don't have to pay the labor twice down the road.
