Default Axle Assembly question

Does anyone here know if there is a difference between the rear axle assembly of a Mustang and crown victoria as far as width, size, attachment points, basically anything that would hinder it from going into my car. The mustang is a 98 and the Crown Victoria is a 2000.

I beleive there is, check out this link http://www.miracerros.com/mustang/t_suspension2.htmI think I remember them saying that a crown vic has a watts link and panhard bar, so there is no upper control arms, whether or not the brackets on the axle are there, IDK
