lol thats true. But like i've had flows and cherry bombs before i had mac. And i am (was) in a very large mustang club where i see all kinds of setups so i wanted to hear it all and i heard just about every setup on the market before i made my choice. The only other setup i really like is slp shorty headers, MAC prochamber mid pipe, and Borla stinger exhaust. That was pretty nasty. But like flows, slp, and borla all sound amazing on F-bodies, Vipers, Vettes, etc but not as good as on our cars becuase of the small displacement. They just sound out of place. Yeah i know everything will sound better with more cube's but they just took they mufflers from their "big motor" line up and slapped it on a mustang friends exhaust system. It seems like MAC is one of the ones that takes that (the small displacement) into consideration.

To me Flowmasters sound cleaner than MAC at lower rpms and just crusing around. Of course that goes back to what was mentioned earlier about everyone is going to say get what they have since there is a reason why we have this setup. Exhaust is personal opinion. The SLP guys prefer their sound over both MAC and Flows. Its whatever that works for you.

Ben in all honesty I think our cars SOUND better than all those cars you mentioned. Especially Vipers [:'(], that is by far the worst sounding performance vehicle IMO. Our cars have more of a distinct crisp tone than those cars. Yea the F Body that are set up right do sound more like a old big block but Id prefer to not have that sound in my modern DD. I prefer the sound my car makes since it is suitable for the way it looks and the fact it is a DD.

Well yeah i think Vipers sound like arss too. . .untill you have your foot into one and you're behind the wheel lol. Yeah our cars for the amount of cubes we have sound great. But i think there is no sound like a 350 or 454 or 460 or 351 with a hot cam in it. No modular motor can touch that IMO.
