Do I HAVE to go to a Ford Dealership to have a new set of key's and remote cut and programmed? How much do it run?

 

keyless remotes you dont need to go to ford for them, u can buy the unit and program it yourself.

if you want duplicate keys that can "only" unlock the door, any key duplicator place can do that.
if you want duplicate keys that can do all the functions like start the car, you have to go to ford, its like $60 bucks or something. theres that fatty sensor spot on the keys that tell the car that it can start

 

Just went today and got a second key programed and a remote since my car didn't have one when I bought it. I think everything ran me about $60 tax and all from the dealer.
