Default upgrades?

ok im going to purchase a 03-04 mustang gt very soon, what would be some upgrades i can get that would make it faster besides a supercharger. sorry if this is a stupid question i just starting to get into cars. Thanks in advance.

supercharger, But seriously though the motors don’t really wake up until they are supercharged. If it’s not to late, buy an lS1 if you like the body style.

Cams are about 600+200, for valve springs, and that't not instaling them. N/A they will give you about 20-30hp.

i guess i can look for used superchargers and just hope i dont get ripped off. how can you tell if there any good when there used.

Go with some headers, mid pipe, catback exhaust.. intake and n2o... Works wonders.

just looked up headers and can someone explain to me the difference between an long tube header and a short tube header...and dont say ones longer than the other lol.

I would recommend buying a full length sub frame connector before you even consider going in hp mods. Then get yourself a set of better brakes. I am sure your a good driver but there are way too many accident threads. Get it setup for the power before you actually go down that road.

Shorties really just look prettier than the stock manifolds... They dont do much of anything for HP. Longtubes should free up about 15-30hp depending on your other mods.
