Awhile back I had questions about which Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump to buy for my use. I called them about 5 times over a period of several days at different times during the day and never got to talk to a live person. I emailed them and never got an answer. I faxed them twice and never got a reply even though it says they answer faxed questions the same day. I even faxed them to say I couldn't connect with them and that I would say so on this forum. NOTHING. Soooo......I resolved my fuel issue another way. Kenne Bell supposedly has good products, but this experience sure makes me think twice before buying anything from them. I'm sure not everyone will say this has happened to them, but it did me and it bummed me out on buying something from them that I might need some support with.

hell yea because i have some very serijous questions ill like to ask before i inveset my money into something this large

I literally think there are 2 people that answer phones there. It is very difficult to get a hold of someone and lots of people complain about it even one's that have their products.
