RE: wheel spacers
... i work at discount tire (idk if they have one where you live) but i know that with spacers we are not allowed to work on a car with them... b/c it's hard to keep them torqued down and a wheel might fall off... but i have never seen a solid spacer like that so you might not have that prob. idk though

RE: wheel spacers
Big troubles with 1-1/2" spacer. I'm most positive you'll have rubbing issues. I had 1" spacers on my 97gt before my wheel upgrade. I had 17x8 wheels with 245/45/17 rubber. They were pretty close to my fenders with 1" drop. If I'm not mistaken, the 99-04's have a 1" wider stance than the 94-98's so that means you already have an additiona; 1/2" on me. That would be the same as if I put 2" wide spacers on my car which Wouldn't happen!!! Go with 1" max. I had to shave the tips of the studs down a smidgen so they didn't hit the back of my wheels. I haver had any issues with them loosening or vibrating up as long as you tighten the lugs up 1 turn at a time for alternating opposites. Hub Centric ones are bst and eliminate any problems. I bought mine on ebay from EZAccessory. They have a website EZAccessory.com as well. Super fast shipping. they used 2-3day USPS Priority service
