Default Worked on springs

So last night i worked on my springs, i got the two front ones out pretty well , using jack to decompress springs, only problem i had was getting the strut bolt off under the hood, very difficult, having to stick a screw driver in the slot and loosing the nut.. i stripped it alittle, i hope i can get it tight, i should b able to , its not to bad.. Tonight iam doing the rear springs, i hear there easier .. True?.. any tips for the rear springs?

the rears are easy you have to unbolt the rear sway bar and take out the back bolt of the lower control arm and slowly lower thw arm and out comes the spring just make a note what way the springs came out.they have to go back in the same way. i found that the tire jack will help if you put it under the front of the axle buy the driveshaft to raise and lower the pinion angle to line up the holes when trying to get the bolt back in. good luck.

you should not have to remove the UCAs bolts or rear swap bar. Just remove the bottom of the shocks and the quad shocks, then let the axle rest at full droop. Thats enough to yank out the springs and slip the lowering springs in. I have taken the rear suspension apart this week 6 times

The rear abs plug comes undone under the rear seat.. .don't cut it!

You actually may get by with out having to undo it.. I forgot if this was when I took the rear end out, or just changed springs..
