On my 2003 gt, my engine accessories keep getting wet when it rains, my hid ballast were wet last night because of the rain, what should i do to cover my engine a little better?

Where exactly is the water coming from? My first thought was that someone had tried to make your scoop functional, thats not the case is it?

 

Wet when you drive or wet sitting still? It's a seal problem sitting still and sounds like you have either no deflectors underneath on each side or you have a grill delete which is the only thing I could think of that might give any problems, but even then you would have to drive through puddles?

 

i got the two piece grill delete, and nobody cut the hood scoop to make it funcitional, it happens when i drive around or when its sitting still, i normally see it when i fnish washing my car

 

its normally around the top of the front radiator, battery, and over the headlights and radiator hose

 

why does it matter if your HID ballast got wet? they're suppose to be weather proof.

Your gonna wanna put the ballasts in a better location, yes the ballasts are supposed to be shock/water proof, but they still do not like shock/water. Water under the hood is normal when it rains, your just gonna hafta find better places for your ballast.
