ok well i went in today... and they told me they dont think they did it and that it was $265 in damage but that in good faith they would split the cost with me.... that was from the body shop manager...i told him that it wasnt acceptable and asked for his boss and he sent me to the VP of the company.....they agreed to fix the damage for me, ill be dropping it off monday since the tint shop had my car all day today...

yea thanks guys, im glad its getting fixed too....its such a small dent but where its at is looks nasty as hell....ill put a pic up

I work at my local ford dealership, from what I have seen, the calmer you are the more they will be willing to fix it. If you come in their pissing up a storm, it will just make matters worse. If the Shop Manager wont do anything, then go to the dealership G.M. and talk to them.
